Whiteout Heats Up β The Highest Earning Games in the World
August marked a milestone for Century Games as Whiteout Survival became the top-grossing mobile game worldwide, reaching $136M in estimated net revenue. That's up nearly $20M from July and its first time claiming the #1 overall spot, according to Appfigures intelligence.
Last War from FunPlus continued its strong run, pulling in an estimated $130M in net revenue across iOS and Google Play to secure #2 overall. Royal Match followed close behind at #3 with $129M of estimated net revenue, maintaining its momentum as one of the biggest earners outside of China.
Monopoly GO! landed at #4 overall with $118M of net revenue, according to our estimates. That's a little less than July's haul as Whiteout and Royal Match surged. Honor of Kings held onto the #1 spot on the App Store with $106M estimated net revenue but dropped to #5 overall, reflecting a shift in global spending.
Other notables included Clash Royale, which climbed to #6 with $92M in estimated net revenue, one of its best months of 2025, while PUBG Mobile dropped one spot with $90M, according to our estimates. It technically made more than July, but landed 7th. PokΓ©mon GO rejoined the overall top 10 at #9 with $75M in estimated net revenue (after fees) thanks to seasonal events, while Kingshot rounded out the list at #10 with $63M in estimated net revenue.
Altogether, our App Intelligence shows August's top 10 combined for about $963M in net revenue, just shy of July's $1B but representing one of the most competitive lineups of the year.
